Care Team Leader
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Care Team Leader in Bedford
The Care Team Leader, will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of care staff to ensure that all residents, particularly those living with dementia, receive the highest standards of care.
Pay rate – £14.36 PAYE / £17.88 Umbrella per hour
Main Responsibilities
As a Care Team Leader you will be responsible for:
Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring safe and accurate practices.
Update and review residents’ care plans, ensuring they reflect individual needs and preferences.
Liaise with medical professionals to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care for residents.
Lead shifts, providing direction, support, and guidance to staff, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
Conduct regular assessments of residents’ needs and provide person-centered care.
Requirements:
Experience working with people living with dementia
Enhanced DBS
Experience in a similar role
