I am working with a growing Domiciliary Care provider in Corby. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their team.
What’s on offer:
£45,000-£50,000.
33 days annual leave.
Flexible working/working from home.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
To have overall responsibility for the growth of the service, reporting to the Directors.
To promote the service on social media and in the community to increase new client referrals.
To build and maintain strong relationships with the bodies such as local authorities, ICB, CHC, etc.
To provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.
To support the development of the Registered Manager.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager/Care Business Development Manager.
Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Must have a UK Driving Licence.
