Job Description
This company is seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Support Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with administration for the Early Help Unit. This is a hybrid role, with some need to go into the office as and when required. The ideal candidate must have good attention to detail and high level of accuracy in a busy environment as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing processes. Good communication skills are also required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with administration for the Early Help Unit
Attend the office as and when required
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment
Adapt quickly to changing processes
Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Support Assistant or similar role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
Minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar field
Salary
£14.24ph
