Job Description
This company is currently seeking a Business Support Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with administration for the Family Service. This is a hybrid role, with some need to go into the office as and when required. Additionally, there will be the expectation of travelling to various education settings across the county to minute meetings. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with administration for the Family Service
Travel to various education settings across the county to minute meetings
Provide business support to the team
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
Work independently and manage own workload
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage own workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Qualifications
GCSEs or equivalent
Secretarial or Business Administration qualification (desirable)
Salary
£14.24ph
