One of the UK’s biggest and most reputable providers of premium domiciliary and Live-in Care is recruiting for an exciting new Area Care Manager opportunity. This will be responsible for 9 different offices across the Merseyside and Lancashire areas of the Northwest of England.
Someone with previous homecare management experience, ideally multi-site, and with a strong track record of growth and commercial awareness will be a great fit for this position. There will be lots of scope for progression within this company as well as autonomy to work from home.
Key Responsibilities of the Area Care Manager:
Line managing the Registered Managers the services and ensure the services are achieving consistent growth
Drive the focus on quality and aim for ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ with CQC
Liaising with the Head office and senior management team – ensuring services are performing to expected levels
Liaising with various stakeholders and building necessary relationships
Area Care Manager Requirements:
Previous multi-site experience
Management experience in the care sector (ideally domiciliary care)
Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations and track record of inspections
Commercially driven and able to evidence record of achieving growth
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
