Our client, Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council, is looking for a Qualified Social Worker with experience of working with adults with long term conditions.
Experienced Qualified Social Worker Required.
Experience of Court of Protection work.
Experience of safeguarding.
Experience of working with adults and self neglect.
Undertaking Care Act Assessments & Reviews.Role is working in the Bournemouth East office in Boscombe, this would initially be an office/community based role and therefore applicants are required to be available in the office Monday-Friday.
