Telecare Installer
Duration: 1 year
Hours: 35 hours per week
Rate: £21 umbrella an hour (£16 PAYE an hour)
Lewisham Council are looking for a Telecare Installer to join their Adult’s Services.
Responsibilities:
Working to a schedule of daily visits within the Lewisham borough or remove the existing analogue telecare device and installing and testing a new digital smart device
Work flexibly to exchange an analogue telecare device to a digital device in a domestic setting
Keep accurate records of installations and information received at the visit
Requirements:
Experience of customer service to vulnerable people and have an aptitude for technology
Ability to learn quickly and have a basic understanding of the telecare service
Access to your own vehicle and a clean driving license
