The team provides a range of support to service users aged 18-65 with mental health conditions, learning & physical disabilities.
Completing assessments, reviewing and completing support plans
Safeguarding will be included in the postTo be considered for the Social Worker role:
6 months-3 years experience of working within a similar social work setting
Diploma/Degree in Social Work
Registration with Social Work England
Evidence of working with a complex caseload
