We have a fantastic Locum Social Work Opportunity based within a busy Adult MASH team in the Oldham, Greater Manchester area. Working within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), you will be responsible for assessing and addressing the complex needs of individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of vulnerable adults referred to the MASH, gathering relevant information and identifying potential risks and safeguarding concerns.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including health care professionals.
Provide direct support to individuals, offering advice, guidance, and advocacy to promote their rights, independence, and overall well-being.
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, maintaining case files and documentation in line with agency and legal requirements.To be considered for the Social Worker role:
1-3 years experience of working within a similar setting would be desirable but not essential, would consider experience in other adult teams
Registration with Social Work England
BSc in Social Work or equivalent .
Knowledge of Safeguarding
