An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for CAFCASS in Derby. This is a temporary Family Court Advisor position.
In this role you will benefit from an hourly rate of up to £37.25 per hour umbrella, whilst having the opportunity to work in a professional and vibrant environment.
This roles involves providing advanced social work-level services to children, families and courts by assessing and analysing court applications for any child protection and serious welfare issues affecting a child or young person. Also, to influence those with parental
responsibility to be more child-focused when needed, to advise the courts and Local
Authorities about safeguarding concerns and about how a child’s life can be improved,
supporting judicial case management in the process.
For this position you will need hold a recognised social work qualification and be SWE registered, as well as have sufficient post qualifying experience.
