I am working on behalf of the UK’s leading Domiciliary Care provider; the company is based in Erith, South London, as they look to bolster their office team. This is a Care Manager (not registered with CQC) role to assist the Directors and office team with growing the hours and ensuring high quality care in the community.

Have 40 care staff and 60+ clients across the area
Provide Live-in Care, Dementia & End of Life care as well as Domiciliary Care
The role:
To assist the Directors and office team
Growing the care hours
Managing office team
Ensuring the highest quality of home care
Creating person-centred care plans
Required competencies:
Previous experience in care sector is essential
Experience of managing teams is desirable
Believe in person-centred care in line with the companies’ values
Outgoing, bubbly personality
Able to work in fast paced environment
Commercial acumen
Understanding of premium quality care
