Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced NEC Training Manager to work within Swindon Council. This role sits outside IR35.
Job Purpose
The key responsibilities of this post are the following: –
Produce user guides for the new Housing management system specific for each module and business area tailored for SBC business processes and solution design.
Set out a Train the Trainer approach
Coordinate the training across the business teams
Deliver the training on the new systemExtensive knowledge of NEC Housing modules is required and experience of undertaking the responsibilities as above to a housing organisation.
