Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with various needs, including personal care, daily living activities, and emotional support. Your dedication and empathy will help enhance the quality of life for those we support, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Assist with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety and comfort.
Offer emotional support and companionship, actively listening and engaging with individuals.
Help manage medication and adhere to care plans as outlined by healthcare professionals.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging independence and personal growth.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team and families.Qualifications:
Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.Rate – £14.24ph Umbrella / £11.59 PAYE
