Change Manager
MCIPS or Equivalent
Trained and entirely competent in the Procurement Act 2023
Recent public sector experience in large and complex environment
Worked at senior style level
On site requirement min 2 days per week
Confident presenter and trainer
Ability to work autonomously, identify problems, risk assess and convert abstract concepts to practical solutions
