  • We are working with Slough Council to recruit a Fostering Registered Manager to join their dedicated and passionate independent Fostering Agency

    As the Fostering Registered Manager, you will lead the strategic development and operational management of our fostering services. This pivotal role involves overseeing foster carer recruitment, assessment, supervision, training, and ongoing support for both carers and the children and young people they care for.

    In addition, you will ensure that all services are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, specifically The Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011 and the National Minimum Standards for Fostering. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of care and operational excellence within the agency.

    As the Fostering Registered Manager, you will need to hold a relevant social work qualification and registration with Social Work England, with proven experience in a similar role within fostering services, and with a strong understanding of the regulatory standards and best practice.
