You will be Registered Manager of an established branch that operates at 3000 hours of Domiciliary Care per week. They have a large and well-established office team to assist the RM.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
To line manage the Carers and office staff
To hold the team to account
Take ownership and responsibility of the branch delivering around 3000 hours of care per week
Work closely with the local authorities and key stakeholder in the area
To maintain and ensure the service is meeting CQC regulations
To be proactive in the marketing of the business with aim of growthRegistered Manager Requirements:
Experience within a care setting – domiciliary care
Previously been a CQC Registered Manager
Great people management skills
Commercial awareness
Good knowledge of the local area
