  • This award-winning provider is seeking a Home Manager to run a stable, 60+ residential care home which is ‘Good’ in all areas with CQC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding provider with progression opportunities.
    Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:

    Overall running of the home; including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
    Management of budgets.
    Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
    Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
    Build strong relationship with regional and operations directors.
    Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.Home Manager Requirements:

    Experience managing a Residential home as a Home Manager.
    Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
    Track record of improving occupancy.
    Managing budgets.
    Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
    Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
    Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
    Good track record with CQC.
    Computer literacy.Benefits:

    Salary between £43,000 – £50,000
    £2000 per year performance / KPI bonus.
