Children’s Home Manager
Managing a children’s residential care home
Managing a new childrens home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
Recruit and manage the staff team, ensuring all children are safe and supported at all times
Hold OFSTED registration as the manager of the home, ensuring the home is meeting its statement of purpose
Work with RI to develop and improve home where needed
Manage home budgets
Manage safeguarding issues
Manage referrals

Pay:
£45,000 – £60,000Requirements:
NVQ level 3 in children and young people
NVQ level 5 in leadership and management
