I am proud to be working with a growing Domiciliary Care provider that are looking for a Regional Registered Manager in Norwich. This opportunity offers the scope for developing 2 existing services, as well as opening new services across Norfolk.
Salary package:
£40,000-£43,000 (£50,000 OTE).
Yearly bonuses.
33 days annual leave.
Minimal on call (paid extra).
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
To have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your patch, reporting to the Area Manager.
To maintain and build on the company’s relationships with stakeholders.
To lead on marketing the service.
To lead on recruiting new care staff.
To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Applicant Requirements:
Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within a Home Care setting/Supported Living/Care Home setting.
Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Must be a driver.
