Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Family Support Worker with Trafford Council
Trafford Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities
Undertake Early Help assessments, planning and home visits
Work with families in a whole-family way building on relationships with a restorative practice approach
Work with families with mental health, domestic abuse, substance misuse, neuro-diversity, and those who have experience of working with children and young people
Ensure children and young people’s voices are heard and their lived experiences understood
Bring excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in complex situations with a determination to improve quality of life outcomes for children and young people and familiesRequirements
