Key Responsibilities:
– Conducting assessments and implementing child protection plans
– Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure the well-being of children
– Providing support and guidance to families in crisis
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
Requirements:
– 2 years post qualifying experience
– SWE Registration
