Adults Social Worker
Lancashire County Council are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join their team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to adults with a range of complex needs. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure that the needs of the clients are met, and that they receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
Assessing the needs of clients and developing care plans
Working with clients to identify their goals and aspirations
Providing advice and support to clients and their families
Working closely with other professionals to ensure that clients receive the best possible care
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
Requirements
A degree in Social Work or equivalent
Social Work England reg
Experience of working with adults with complex needs
