Remote role
Our client, who is ‘Good’ Ofsted rated, is looking for an IRO to join their team.
Whilst this is a remote position, the HQ is in North East Lincolnshire and they have carers based across East Midlands, Northern Lincolnshire, South Lincolnshire, East Riding of Yorkshire and the North West.
There will be an expectation for face-to-face visits to be completed with their foster carers in order to complete annual reviews, meetings etc.
Overall Purpose of Job: The post entails the planning, preparation and chairing of Foster Carer Reviews. The completion of review reports and, if required, presentation to Treehouse Care’s Fostering Panel (held at HQ). To be involved in the development of the reviewing service practice, policies and systems.
You must be a UK resident and have a Social Work Diploma/Degree to qualify for this role.
