Full Time, 35 Hours
Hybrid, 2 days WFH (Monday & Friday)
My client, A leading Housing Association, is looking for a Service Charge Advisor to start immediately. you will deliver high-quality support to service charge payers and other stakeholders. You will support a team and contribute to transforming their Service Charge delivery. Please note, experience of using Proactis (Invoice Management Software) and experience of electronic document management systems is essential to the role.
Responsibilities:
Assist Service Charge Analysts in accurately calculating, constructing, and issuing all estimated and actualised service charges, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines, contractual agreements, policies, and procedures.
Deliver a customer-centric support service for service charge payers.
Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, proactively providing information and documents.
Support Service Charge Analysts in extracting expenditure from the accounting system and monitoring scheme-specific service charge budgets.
Prepare and review invoices for examination and certification by external auditors.
Provide support in processes related to the production, quality control, and dispatching of service charge statements.
Contribute to new process and system improvements, testing, and implementation.
Support the development and maintenance of new and existing procedures.
Prepare documents for meetings with service charge payers (individual and groups) and managing agents.
Ensure that data held on our systems and databases is accurate.What You’ll Need:
Experience of Proactis
Experience of Electronic Document Management
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and deliver a range of tasks to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Strong financial and numerical skills
