A reputable company is seeking a Home Manager for a large Dementia Nursing and Residential home near Hevingham, north of Norwich.

Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
Ensuring the provision of high quality care
Overseeing the care staff
Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the homeHome Manager Requirements:
Previous experience as a Home Manager
Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
Experience working with elderly and dementia residents
Proven turnaround experience within care homes
An active nmc PIN is desirable but not essential
