Senior Youth Worker
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Senior Youth Worker in Tower Hamlets.
As a Senior Youth Worker, you will be responsible for managing a team of youth workers and overseeing the delivery of youth services in the local area.
Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Youth Worker, you will be responsible for:
Develop and implement youth programs that meet the needs of the local community
Supervise and support a team of youth workers
Provide guidance and support to young people
Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community groups
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Requirements:
A qualification in Youth Work or equivalent to NVQ Level 3 or other relevant professional qualification
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS
