Role:
A Software House in Stafford are looking for a Training Specialist to support the onboarding of their software to new customers. Their system is designed for the management of children’s social care settings, they have been operational for over 21 years and within that time have grown with their customers to develop a software system which offers a simple and secure approach to the data management of children’s homes, foster care, supported accommodation for care leavers and schools for pupils with SEN.
You’d be expected to deliver UK wide software training (Train-The-Trainer style Approach) to end-users and to carry out associated Administrative tasks related to the onboarding process of all new customers.
Requirements / Skills and Abilities:
Ability to present information to a variety of audiences
Proficient with IT
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must have strong time management skills as well as be an effective multi-tasker.
Previous experience as a Software Trainer
