My client requires Team Leaders and Child Care Workers based in Hesketh Bank.
Team Leaders Salary between £31500 – £34000 Per Year
Shifts 7am – 4pm or 2pm – 10pm.
Child Care Workers Salary between £25000 – £28000 Per Year.
Shifts across 24-7 hours, with extra payment for each sleep £50.00.
Our Service offers a psychologically informed, therapeutic environment to support young people with complex trauma based behaviour. The service will provide three components, which include residential care, an education offer and a health offer
We are currently recruiting for specialist childcare workers who will:
* Work as part of a staff team, on a 24 hour rota, 7 days a week, working with children and young people in a children’s residential home.
* Assist the Leadership Team in ensuring all aspects of the Children’s Homes Regulations including the Quality Standards are implemented and adhered to.
* Deliver care that is formulation driven: to participate in the development of psychological formulations based on trauma and adverse childhood understandings that inform and direct care provision.
* Support young people to be kept safe through the relationships they form with staff, rather than physical restrictions. To use models of complex relational care, in order to prepare young people for progression to fulfilling adult lives.
