My client is a leading care provider within the Northwest and is part of one of the largest homecare companies in the country. Recently, they have received a £100,000 investment into a brand-new office, enhancing their already strong reputation. This business operates under one of the largest, reputable, and respected brands in Europe, with a robust 50-year business plan for care in the UK.
The role:
Oversee the operations of service providing close to several thousand hours of care per week
Responsible for the efficient delivery of excellent service in care delivery operations whilst looking to grow the business further
Achieve and maintain high quality service to comply with all legislative requirements from local authority
Take responsibility for minimizing and managing risk and ensure risk management issues are identified and handled appropriately
Play a lead role in investigation procedures in respect of employee and care issues and always ensure full compliance with any health and safety regulationsRelevant experience:
Achieved a minimum of NVQ level 3
Have experience within social care
Must have experience of Strategic Planning
Worked with CQC
Good people person who can lead a team
Track record of providing excellent care
Ability to grow a service
Experience in managing a large team and extensive care hours is highly desirableBonus:
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

No on call for the manager
