    Job Description

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of residential care for children. The company is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join their team. As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Providing support and care to children and young people with complex needs
    Working as part of a team to ensure that the needs of the children and young people are met
    Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
    Supporting children and young people with education and recreational activities
    Building positive relationships with children, young people, and their families

    Requirements

    Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
    A caring and compassionate nature
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    The ability to work as part of a team
    A willingness to learn and develop new skills

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have a Level 2/3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent. However, the company is willing to consider candidates who are willing to work towards this qualification.
