Children’s Residential Role
Job Summary
This company is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Children’s Residential. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support for children in a residential setting. The role requires a compassionate and patient individual who can provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in their care.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in the residential setting
Provide emotional support to children in the residential setting
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children in the residential setting
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the residential setting
Administer medication and provide basic first aid when necessary
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a children’s residential setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Valid DBS clearance
Salary
The salary for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The current rate of pay is £14.24ph
