Key focus:
As a Team manager within the Safeguarding you will be required to:
1. Ability to manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases
2. Capability to support the Group manager in maintaining and developing high standards across the team
3. Represent the service in developing key service provision or strategy initiatives
4. Provide coaching and mentoring within the team as well as effective case management and high quality written work
You will need to be:
SWE registered
