Supervising Social Worker

  • An Independent Fostering Agency who has been rated “Good” by Ofsted is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team covering the Southampton and Portsmouth area. 
    This position is HOME BASED, but there will be a requirement to attend their regional office in Hampshire 2-3 times per month.
    You will be a qualified social worker, with a registration with SWE. The company promotes a “family-feel” culture to carers and staff, one that is supportive and kind.

    You will be participating in all foster care reviews, provide and develop support and supervision, and assess and identify support and training needs of foster carers, using a positive and therapeutic approach.

    Benefits:

    A salary of up to £40,000 per annum
