An ambitious, expanding company is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for their elderly residential homes.
Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality of care is provided to residents, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements and leading the team, providing knowledge, leadership and training.
Quality Assurance Lead Requirements:
Experience carrying out audits
Good knowledge of CQC single framework
Experience carrying out mock CQC inspections and preparing for CQC and PAMS visits
Familiar with the use of digital systems(PCS, Nourish, etc) and confidence to train staff how to use them
Willingness to travel to their 8 homes. Homes are in clusters so may visit north homes on one day, south homes the next. This is an on-site role and does not offer hybrid working
Will be based in head office one day per week
Seeking someone with experience in quality roles or a home manager who wants to step into a quality roleBenefits:
Salary of £50,000 – £60,000 per year depending on experience
28 days annual leave
